For this reason, respecting the personal choices of our customers, we also offer vegan cuisine on the menu, strictly observing the total exclusion of the exploitation of animals as a source of food.
Our vegan dishes are prepared using products from organic farming, thus preserving the presence of the greatest amount of vitamins and minerals in the food.
We do not use refined products, such as 00 flour, which is replaced by wholemeal flours of various types of cereals, such as rice, barley, spelled, kamut and many others, choosing the one most suited to the food to be prepared to obtain better taste and presentations .
We offer our vegan customers the utmost attention in cooking food, in the use of condiments and also in the choice of drinks.
